Is The Gold Portrait really free?
Yes. It’s our first case and it’s on us. Other cases are paid: one key covers one computer, so the whole group plays for one price. Wheels Down is $14.99.
How long is a key valid?
A paid key must be activated within 30 days of purchase. After that it expires and can’t be refunded or extended, so plan your session. The date is in the email with your key.
Can I get a refund?
Only if a technical problem on our side stops you from playing. Read the purchase terms for the details.
Can I give a case as a gift?
Yes. Choose “As a gift” when you buy: the key goes straight to your friend with your note, and you get a copy. Gift a game.
How many people can play?
As many as can see one screen. A code covers one computer, not one person, so bring the whole team.
Can I pause the game?
No. The clock runs from start to finish, so set aside the full time before you begin.
Can I play a case twice?
Each code works once. When the clock runs out or you reach the end, that case is closed for your code.
Do I need my phone?
Yes. Keep it charged and within reach from the moment the clock starts. You’ll know when you need it.
Can I play on my phone?
Play the case itself on a computer, and keep your phone next to you the whole time.
What language are the games in?
English, from start to finish.
