Who sells

Blackboxed Games is the trade name of Pablo Emilio Delgado Escobar, an individual business owner in Mexico City, Mexico. Blackboxed Games is the seller of every purchase made on blackboxedgames.com.

What you are buying

A purchase gives you one key for one case (Wheels Down). One key is good for one computer and one attempt. Once you press Begin, the case clock starts and does not pause or restart. The key is sent by email right after payment and is also shown on the confirmation page. You can also buy a key as a gift; it goes straight to the email you give us, with your note, and you get a copy.

Prices are in US dollars and include everything we charge. The price is shown before you pay, and the price on Stripe’s payment page is the one you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Blackboxed never sees or stores your card details.

Your key expires after 30 days

A key must be activated within 30 days of purchase. After that it stops working. The expiry date is shown before you pay, on the confirmation page and in the email with your key. An expired, unused key is not refunded and cannot be extended, so plan your session. Gift keys follow the same rule from the moment they are bought. Once activated, a key is tied to the computer and browser you used.

Refunds

We only refund when a technical problem on our side stops you from playing: for example, our servers being down, or part of the case failing to load or work on a supported setup (a recent version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on a laptop or desktop).

We don’t refund keys that expired unused, cases that were started or finished, problems caused by your own device, connection, browser extensions or settings, or simply not liking the case.

To ask for a refund, write to support@blackboxedgames.com within 7 days of the problem, with your key and what happened. We may ask for a screenshot. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them. A refunded key stops working.
